No, unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery. All payment must be made before items are delivered.
Yes, Customers can arrange to pick up themselves or let a dispatch rider pick up for them at their convenience.
No, we don’t offer call to order.
We highly encourage all orders to be via the website. However, our Instagram DM & WhatsApp line are open to assist you navigate the website in case you’re facing any difficulties whilst ordering.
We use FedEx/DHL for all deliveries outside Accra and beyond Ghana.
For internal deliveries within Accra, orders are dispatched through local delivery companies
For internal orders within Accra, expect same day delivery if you order before 10am. All orders that come in after 10am are delivered the next working day.
For deliveries outside Accra, kindly allow 1-2 working days after items have left our warehouse.
Orders are generally delivered within 1-3 business days from the date ordered.
Once your order is dispatched, am Email or SMS will be sent with your tracking information . Please allow 24-48hrs for any shipping updates.
We do not allow the cancellation of an order since we aim to process orders same day.

No, unfortunately we do not give refunds. However, we accept returns/exchanges in certain situations. Please refer to our “Return/Refund” Policy.
Your order may be cancelled in rare cases whereby the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available.
Should this occur, our customer care department will reach out to you within 24hrs about the cancellation.
If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped and the “Unavailable” Item(s) removed from your order.
A refund of the unavailable item will be made to your original payment method or your preferred payment.
Please note that you’ll receive the refund according to your card issuer’s policy.
