Returns / Exchanges can only be made if a “Defective” or “Wrong Item” is received.
If this happens, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt. Pictures of defective or wrong items must be taken and sent to us as proof , so we can verify if it qualifies for return.
Items must be returned within 2 days after we’ve accepted your return claim, and within 6 days of receiving your order.
This means you must file for exchange or returns within 6 days and it must be delivered back to us within 2 days after we ask you to send it back
After this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return
Jewelry returned must be brand new, unworn and in the same re-sellable condition just as delivered
Items returned must be packaged neatly and safely in its original box as received
Damaged and items that show signs of usage will not be accepted
Shipping and delivery costs are Non-Refundable, and we do not cover return shipping or delivery costs.
However, if the fault is from our end (Eg. Delivering a wrong item), every process of retrieving the item will be bored by us…
But if it is the customer who is at fault (Eg. Ordering for a wrong color or size of an item), the customer will be responsible for all return/exchange delivery costs
We will not be responsible for lost of return packages !

Discounts, Sales, Pre-Ordered and Imported items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned !
